Gonzalo Paz Arauco F., Guitarrista de Rock boliviano nació en la ciudad de La Paz. Autodidacta, aprendió a tocar a la edad de 14 años viendo a su padre en sus primeros pasos. Estudio Composición en la Universidad Unión Evangélica Boliviana en la ciudad de La Paz. Fue premiado como mejor guitarrista de rock boliviano 1995 en los Festivales Explorock antes llamados Rock-Bol, mejor guitarrista profesional de la ciudad de La Paz en el festival Uni-Rock 1996, premiado como mejor tributo hecho en Bolivia a grupo extranjero (DEEP PURPLE), Tiempo de Mosh 2003, fue integrante de más de 30 grupos de diversos estilos en La Paz, Cochabamba y Santa Cruz (Bolivia), Dallas TX (EEUU), Buenos Aires (Argentina) y Londres (Inglaterra), entre los que se destacan Black Mass con el que grabaron un demo (Have no Fear – La Paz, 1991), Krams, Black Jack, Metalmania, Proyecto Purpura (Tributo a Deep Purple)en La Paz, Game Over y No Name en Cochabamba, León Heráldico, Tributo a AC/DC, Tercer Plano, Séptimo Signo (Tributo a Yngwie Malmsteen) y Kraken en Santa Cruz, War Toys con el guitarrista Texano Joe Cameron en Dallas TX. Nucrectos en la ciudad de Buenos Aires Argentina, D-Pen-D en Londres Inglaterra,Representó a Bolivia en el THE SOUTH AMERICAN GUITAR MASTERS 2006, en la ciudad de La Paz acompañado de su banda Metalmania junto a Pablo Soler (Arg) y Marcos De Ros (Bra) destacados y virtuosos músicos a nivel latinoamericano.
Actualmente es guitarrista de METALMANIA en la ciudad de La Paz, KRAMS, DWO en Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Es docente de guitarra eléctrica en forma particular y en el Instituto Artístico CITY ART, (Santa Cruz), también dirigió al grupo de música popular en el Colegio Emprendedor de la misma ciudad, fue docente de guitarra eléctrica en el Instituto Superior de Bellas Artes (Santa Cruz), escribió un libro (texto) sobre Teoría Musical y Didáctica para guitarra eléctrica, el cual es difundido de forma particular, es técnico de grabación en el estudio de grabación PAZ-A. RECORDS de su Propiedad.
En Febrero de 2011 lanza su primer trabajo discográfico como solista, llamado "YA BASTA!" el cual contiene 12 temas, 11 de ellos composiciones propias y un cover de Ritchie Blackmore. Dicho album contiene diversos géneros aprendidos en su larga trayectoria musical, vale decir: Música barroca, Rock´n roll, Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Rock Neo Clásico instrumental, Balada Rock y Thrash Metal, para lo cual invitó a varios cantantes para participar en el disco, ya sea grabando sus voces como también en la composición de las letras y fue presentado oficialmente en el festival THE SOUTH AMERICAN GUITAR MASTERS 2011, representando nuevamente a Bolivia en la ciudad de Santa Cruz junto a Pablo Soler (Arg) y músicos locales.
